A pre-election debate featuring the Mayor of Bratislava, Matúš Vallo, is scheduled for October 19, 2026. The debate will be moderated by Dušan Mikušovič, a reporter from Denníka N. Jozef Ráž, Vallo’s challenger and the Minister of Transport, declined to participate. As a result, an empty chair will be used to represent his absence during the discussion. The event will be held at Kácečko in Bratislava, beginning at 7:00 PM. Tickets for the debate are currently available for purchase. The debate is intended to provide voters in Bratislava with insights into the candidates’ platforms before the upcoming election.
