British author Alison Belsham, known for her suspenseful mystery novels, recently visited Prague to promote the Czech release of her book, *Innocent Angels*. Belsham initially aspired to be a screenwriter, but ultimately found success crafting thrilling detective stories. She achieved widespread recognition with her 2018 novel, *The Tattooist*, and has since become a highly anticipated author. During an interview, Belsham noted the surprisingly limited number of methods available to convincingly write about murder. Her popularity stems from her ability to create captivating narratives within this constraint. *Innocent Angels* was released in Czech translation in 2025, further expanding her readership.
