Modernization work has begun on the county road leading to Ghioroc resort in Arad County, Romania, a destination nicknamed “The Western Seaside.” The project will cost 10 million lei (approximately $550,000 USD) less than initially estimated. Arad County Council announced the start of the works on Tuesday. The road upgrade aims to improve access to the popular Ghioroc beach area.
