The 2002 graduating class of St. Augustine’s Past Students Union (APSU) has initiated a GH¢5.4 million (approximately $450,000 USD) project to build new housing for teachers at St. Augustine’s College in Cape Coast, Ghana. The project aims to alleviate accommodation difficulties faced by the school’s faculty. A fundraising campaign was officially launched on June 19, 2026, to support the construction of a 14-unit, one-story apartment building. The initiative is intended as a lasting contribution from the alumnus group. The project coincides with preparations for the college’s 97th anniversary celebrations. The new apartments will provide much-needed residential facilities for teachers at the school.
