Algeria’s AADL 3 housing program, launched in July 2024 with an initial goal of 200,000 units, is approaching completion. The program has seen significant success and the first homes are nearly finished. Housing Minister Belaribi has announced that the first completed units will be handed over to owners on November 1st. This marks a major milestone for the large-scale affordable housing initiative. The AADL 3 project aims to address housing needs across the country. The delivery of these initial homes signifies progress towards fulfilling that goal. This initiative represents a substantial investment in providing accessible housing for Algerian citizens.
